Hello. Thank you for welcoming me to this community!
I am searching for techniques and support for my marriage.
Communication is perplexing, challenging and difficult.
There is not a diagnosis. BPD was suggested to me as a possibility from my therapist. Several things I have learned thus far have been helpful.I am in recovery for alcohol and working my program. Thanks again.

There’s a lot you can do to make things better. BPD is a difficult disorder and very mystifying for a partner.

*welcome*

The screen name sucked me in immediately!   *) *) :hi: :hi:

Communication is perplexing, challenging and difficult.

Oh yes...quite curious to deal with..especially when you try to logically parse their communications.

I think it would be helpful if you can provide an example or two.  That can help us get you pointed in the right direction.

Best,
