I don't know if I'm in the correct space but I'd like to try sharing and listening with others the experience of living with a BPD. In my case, my ex who is the mother of my 11 year's old daughter. I don't know if there are video call meeting somewhere maybe I could attend? Thank you for your support. What are some of the issues you are dealing with? Are you living in the same household with your ex and your daughter? Or are you sharing custody and living separately? BPD captures a big spectrum. How would you describe your ex's traits? Co-parenting is tough with someone who has BPD, to make an understatement. Have you found anything is working? What kind of custody schedule do you have in place? |
