Many of us have been through it all too and didn’t want anyone to know about what we were dealing with on a day to day basis. Getting support involves taking a risk. This board is anonymous with over 100,000 members worldwide. I encourage you to share what you feel comfortable with. I found that sharing my awful story led to healing. :hug: :hug:
