Title: Being blocked on social media part 2

I posted about how I was blocked on all the social media and I accepted it. I can’t help but how much hurts to get ignored and have no messages back from the person you cared about. I know I have to focus on my life, but once I take a break, I tend to think about the things I could have done at the moment when I was mad and calmed myself down before talking to them.

I know I just need to let things unfold and let it be, but getting blocked is so rough and I just feel regret and I just wish I had another chance to make it all better.

If I can get a word or encouragement that would be appreciated. Thank you so much for the support, I know I shouldn’t be too hard on myself but I can’t help but feel this way.

One saying that helps me with this stuff  "If someone is saying they can't talk to you in a healthy way...BELIEVE THEM."

What activities can you do when you have those feelings of regret...to move past the feelings?
