My husband has no interest in therapy and goes from Dr Jekyll to mr hide over the smallest or most innocent things. He said he’s packing a bag. He says it a lot. He mocks me and my emotions freak him out.he finds others to blame for his behavior and he mocks and challenges me.

(at least it was for me) I'm glad you found us and posted. How long have you had a relationship with a therapist (T is what you will see on these boards)? Can you describe a recent "incident"? I could imagine a wide spectrum of feelings that could come up.
