Title: went off of meds Post by: bpdwife1000 on November 03, 2021, 01:39:00 AM my husband has bpd and is on mood stabilizers and anti depressants.
they were helping. then he decided he doesn't need them anymore. It's not him it's just the kids and me and the house and everyone around him that is doing wrong and he doesn't need meds. He is so impossible to be around now - he's so critical and just putting down me and the kids all the time. I can't tell him to take meds - he won't listen Does anyone have any suggestions? I learnt that responding just makes it worse he is constantly putting down my kids and blaming me that they turned out so bad. (when they are just being normal kids - he's just taking everything wrongly and imagining the worst.) he's doing very bad now - I don't know how he can't see himself that it's worth taking meds. it's making my house a miserable place and I don't know what to do about it. |
