Hey everybody, this is my first post.

I met my BPD-ex (female) at work. We started dating, the usual story of idealization, I fell for it super hard. What's more, she's was my first. Soon I found at that she broke up recently with her bf. She was doing fine first 2-3 weeks when we were together, but depression started soon. Changes in mood etc.

Now, some 2 months later, she split black on me and is back with her ex.

I know I'm foolish for this, but I want her back. For this, I need to be painted white and her ex black.

What are your advices to do this without NC? There is no communication on social media between us, just occasional work-related email at work. We meet each other like 1-2 times a day. Sometimes no interaction, sometimes just brief sentence. We broke up some 3 weeks ago, she has been with her NPD ex for a week or two now. When she saw me with my female colleague couple of times, completely ignoring her, after I met her later at office hall she was super sad and had a remark about why I don't talk to her.

I know I will be split white again, I've been really good to her most of the time. She split black on me because I was rude to her on her nameday and I also discussed PLEASE READ (https://bpdfamily.com/safe-site.htm) she did to me with my colleagues.

Welcome to this board. The information here is helpful with managing a relationship with a pwBPD. Since you work with her, this is helpful regardless of what direction your relationship takes.

However, keep in mind, we have no control over another person's feelings or decisions. She may want to get back together or not.
