Title: What does SET, BIFF & JADE mean?

hi there~ I'm still fairly new & am not sure what it means when people use the phrases:

"SET, BIFF responses and not JADEing"

Welcome to the board!

If you look under the Boards tab, scroll down to Library, Tools and you will find an assortment of posts there with meanings and workshops. You'll find each of those you mentioned there.

BIFF means brief, informative,  factual, friendly
SET means support, empathy, truth
JADE means justify, argue, defend, or explain (as in stop JADEing)
