Hi Dr. J

You’ve come to the right place. I had an uBPDh and I’m sure many other women on this board can relate.

What challenges are you facing?

Are you talking to a therapist (T)?

Also check out the learning section on the board as there are a lot of tips of how to communicate with your BPD spouse.

Hi Dr J,  :hi:

Welcome to our online family. You'll find a lot of caring souls here.

Can you share a bit of what you're going through or why you came here so that we can better help you?

Having a pwBPD in your life is so very tough. It's not a road to navigate alone because you already feel so alone and isolated as it is. As you take time to read some of the other posts/boards, you'll see others in similar situations.

Hoping to hear more from you soon.
