Title: Lesson to Be Learned Post by: coolspring on September 30, 2023, 03:20:32 PM I haven’t posted in a very long time, however things are getting way out of control wHBPD. I cannot even put my thoughts down into a post at this time, I am emotionally exhausted. A word of advice to all, click on the lesson “ Stop the Bleeding”. It has been helpful in calming me down and has provided very good advice and coping skills. My heart pounding is slowing down a bit.
