Title: Who here got their Christmas ruined by their pwBPD already?

Mine threw multiple tantrums over the past few days culminating in a meltdown over a meal that took place a few days ago. Ever since, we didn't talk.

Hi anon331312,

The main pwBPD in my life is my H's kids' mom. While this Christmas was uneventful (eerily so), I think I do remember one Christmas where she wanted H and I and the kids to come back into town early from our own Christmas trip... because she just had to do a tarot reading with the kids.

...

That sounds stressful to cope with BPD meltdowns around a holiday. I wish it were less common to hear about  :(

Have there been any aftershocks since then?

Any chance to do some self care and give yourself a break from the drama?
