Title: My family court case for Sole Custody begins today: (I'll try to keep updated) Post by: PearlsBefore on January 14, 2024, 09:54:53 PM After so many long years, today is Opening Statements for what is scheduled to possibly run as long as six weeks - but is expected to be a fair bit shorter.
I have consistently sought sole custody of our two children, ason (9) and daughter (6), based on the issues involved, which probably looked ridiculous to onlookers when I was still sitting in detention trying to explain I'd be acquitted of all the nonsense charges - but doesn't look so ridiculous now that I have been and have explained the situation more fully...hopefully. We're in British Columbia, Canada.
