Title: I cannot believe I didn't know Post by: try2heal on August 06, 2024, 02:40:06 PM I'm finally ending a 3+ year relationship, and continued with individual therapy with our couples counselor. The therapist told me she would diagnose him with BPD and my mind has been blown. He has, and I experienced, EVERY SINGLE diagnostic criteria. I'm finding myself going down the rabbit hole, and this looked like a good place to see what others have done to heal and to ensure a complete break.
