Title: Anyone heard of Project Transition (Pennsylvania)? Post by: Someday . . . on January 22, 2013, 12:50:40 AM We're somewhat looking into Project Transition (located in southeastern Pennsylvania). I have heard that it was fantastic a few years ago and now it has changed (not for the better). :)oes anyone know someone who has gone through the program (mainly recently) or has anyone heard anything about it?
