So decided to stick around a little.

My uBPDw is going to therapy at my urging and says she likes it so far.  We are trying mindfulness excercises.

I remember when a previous therapist told her she might be depressed and it ruined her.

Me and therapist both know about BPD but she is of course oblivious.  Is there any benefit in having her know?

hi bajaloverz. if your w likes therapy so far, i would really leave it in the hands of the therapist when or even if to name the BPD to her. there is plenty of anecdotal evidence that pwBPD take it quite badly to be told that they have it. if she's willing to stick to therapy that would be a great victory. good on both of you for getting this started.
