you think you are pathetic for feeling what you are feeling now ? and that most people are stronger than you and all this crap. take a look at this link. this is an article by the Mind Unleashed on facebook talking about emotional manipulators. read the article and its comments on facebook. you will know that you are not alone. that it is ok to feel like crap for some time. but you have to be strong and have hope and move on.

That article was amazing. Described my ex down to the very T.

Its crazy how people can be like that. Its no wonder that a lot of us are going through such hard times. To hold a person who's capable of that in such high esteem, thinking they'd never do such harm. Crazy stuff
