Title: BPDFamily Staying Board Reading Club?
Post by: Inquisitive1 on August 22, 2014, 03:29:52 PM
I've been looking for a little motivation to read more of the content here on bpdfamily.com.

If others are interested, it might be cool for a group of us to agree to read content here on bpdfamily.com by a certain date. Then we could each post our impressions or insights.

I'm open to other suggestions, but we might start by reading the first post in the "Staying 101" thread:

https://bpdfamily.com/message_board/index.php?topic=221022.0 (https://bpdfamily.com/message_board/index.php?topic=221022.0)

And posting to the reasons for staying thread as suggested in that post.

The first post in the "Staying 101" thread describes the therapeutic benefit of writing about our BPD partners. Writing really helps me organize my thoughts, make sense of what has happened, and figure out where I want things to go.
