The stbx uBPDw'sbirthday. I know the MIL -- drama queen -- will egg my stbx on if I ignore it. She (MIL) already texted me the stbx' favorite flowers. THAT isn't happening this close to the divorce. T recommended a simple Happy Birthday email. Someone suggested a boring generic card. I'm thinking an email will suffice. I don't want her thinking there is hope. But how do I handle the eventual victim hood? Remind her that she'll be happier back home? There is no reasoning with her, obviously. I hate situations like this, and I hate how I've become so worried about how she'll react. Eyes on the prize, I see the L tomorrow. Gomez |
