Title: Lots of questions and putting to do
Post by: bpdmolehill on October 04, 2015, 02:34:12 PM
Hello everyone.  I have had several (undiagnosed) BPD folks in my life.  I am currently w my partner who "exhibit" BPD issues.  I am usually ready to leave but no resource yet to do so and am conflicted if I should.  It's an unhealthy relationship for sure but I do love her!  I m reading BPD family resources but feel alone in my ability to share w others in my similar situation.  Responses are welcomed.  Thank you in advance.

*welcome* BPDmolehill

being stuck in that tension that you describe is not a fun place to be.   what you have found here is a website that will help you, and encourage and support you.

everyone who arrives has The Lessons box on the right hand side of the screen pointed out.   It's the best place to start and a helpful place to revisit.   There is a ton of good information in those links.

I know that when I first got here I knew very little about BPD.   and a lot of what I thought I knew was  :) incorrect.

for me, coming here and working on myself has improved my relationship more than I can really say.   learning some of the tools and skills in the Lessons and educating myself has made a huge difference.

This is a great link to start on.

would you like to tell us a little more about what brings you here?
