Title: Talking to my son's mother makes me nauseous
Post by: JerryRG on April 10, 2016, 12:57:06 AM
After more than 4 months nc I was learning to relax and have a life, Now that I have to text her again I'm missing the good days where I could forger about her. Yuck yuck and Ewwwwww I just cringe listening to her trying to be so sweet and caring now as if I buy any of this for one second.

She's a selfish creep and always will be one. Oh my god wash this off me I cannot take this stench any longer.

Stop trying to sell what you ain't got woman!

I'm not the least bit interested in your pathetic life and NO we cannot be friends because I tried that a million times and I know better.

Stop pretending already and just be the witch you really are!

Good grief woman, what part of i don't want anything from you but location and time, Yuck yuck and Yuck!

How many years do you have to co-parent, JRG?

I'm a little over two years since the kids' mom left. I was absolutely disgusted by her fir over the first year. Then the reality of our r/s set in... .

I'm not sure what you mean Turkish, I know the luxury or nc is no longer a reality and now I'm back to the original feelings of disgust and anger, my ex may be extremely mentally ill I just don't like like her as a person. She's a fake and has no values including and the most important one is honesty.

She lives to hurt others and she is still trying to push my buttons

I was thinking of how I can encourage her to stay with the topic of our son and leave all the drama put of our conversations?

Have you thought about BIFF? Brief, informative, friendly, firm.

TOOLS: Responding to hostile email (https://bpdfamily.com/message_board/index.php?topic=133835.0#top)

I've come to look at it as a business r/s, the business of raising our kids.

Thank you Turkish

I have used this skill just this last week, my ex does not lol

I will continue to use these skills in the future as needed.

She's going to push my buttons and I have to grow a thick skin to deflect her nonsense.

Thanks again and I hope your day is going well.
