If I were you I would not say 1 word to him about it. I'd simply get in touch with CSE and give them the information. They'll likely start garnishment procedures without a word to him.

A few days later her husband told me he was doing the lawn at this store. Ex's dad actually does the grounds for stores around town. I think he was really just doing stuff for his dad... .not a real job. But I am going to ask the state for help with this. The judge hasnt issued any support order even while only giving ex 6 hours a week in the newest order. Its ridiculous.
