Anyone else read this book? I am in the process of reading it for the 2nd time.

It has been a great read for me. Wondered if anyone else had read it and had any thoughts?

Enabling Or Loving? - Real Love Nugget with Greg Baer, MD

I like this guy's very practical and folksy style. Not sure he labeled this video well, but the message about criticism is a very good one.

What did you like about the book?

What did you like about the book?

The book really forced me to focus on me and my actions rather than just assigning blame to my exGF. I had to face the facts about what i was looking for from my relationship and how unhealthy my expectations were (and have been all of my life). It hurt to read, but is giving me hope going forward.

I used some of my newfound knowledge to send a genuine apology for my part in my failed relationship with my ex rather than laying all the blame on her.
