There's chaos all round her all the time and so part of me is thinking finally I may have some peace , but the other side feels she is ill equipped to deal . She moving with some friends she just met who have room for her in their apartment . Ugh

*welcome* I can understand your worry about your daughter. It's hard to let our grown children go. And if she has been struggling, that makes it even more difficult.
