After many years of doing it on my own I recently sought professional help. I am currently reading "The Essential Family Guide to Borderline Personality Disorder". This site was recommended for additional support.

I am glad that you have been recommended to this site, you will find lots of resources here. You sound like an amazing person to have managed all those years on your own. I'm just wondering, was there anything specific that led you to seek professional help?
