Title: At the Edge of Psychosis

This isn't what I'd call a helpful book, but it was interesting.  It's a collection of poems by an author whose girlfriend has BPD.

What struck me is how similar some of the stories are to my own.  I think he's a little reckless in the writing (it very graphically talks about sex, drugs, suicide, etc. in a way that isn't particularly flattering for those who suffer from BPD), but there's still some value in it.

Either way, if you like really dark, irregular poetry, it's pretty good.
