Title: How to cope with 30 Year Old BPD daughter's rages
Post by: 1607 on May 10, 2019, 08:34:47 PM
Y 30 year old daughter has been diagnosed with bad along with ptsd, panic disorder and depression. She is married with 2 children. She has been in therapy since childhood and is seeing both a therapist and psychiatrist.
Either her husband or I am the focus of her rage. As a widow I don’t have anyone to talk to about her other than my own therapist. I am seeking support and advice. Thank you

Sending you many hugs!  You are not alone.

Rage is one of major symptoms of BPD.  And most of the times, the family members are the target of the rage.
Are you live with your DD and SIL?  It can be overwhelming when taking care of a loved one with MI.  We need to take care of ourselves as much as we can.

Although I am just a new member like you, I think you found the right place to chat and get sound advises.
