Title: Sad Mom
Post by: Mom24 on June 28, 2019, 06:09:12 PM
Hello. I’m the mother of an adult daughter (39) with bpd. Not sure where to start. Just finished reading Stop Walking on Eggshells that was recommended to me by my counseller. I have never read a book that has hit home more than this.

Hi sad mom
Welcome to the group. You have come to the right place for help and support. Walking 0n Eggshells really is a great book. It helped me to understand my 25 year old BPD son. There are lots of other good resources right here on this website that will help a lot, as will continuing to post here. What else are you comfortable sharing with us about your daughter? Is there something in particular you want help with? This is safe space. We are here for you.
Hugs
Faith
