Title: Sad Mom Post by: Mom24 on June 28, 2019, 06:09:12 PM Hello. I’m the mother of an adult daughter (39) with bpd. Not sure where to start. Just finished reading Stop Walking on Eggshells that was recommended to me by my counseller. I have never read a book that has hit home more than this.

Welcome to the group. You have come to the right place for help and support. Walking 0n Eggshells really is a great book. It helped me to understand my 25 year old BPD son. There are lots of other good resources right here on this website that will help a lot, as will continuing to post here. What else are you comfortable sharing with us about your daughter?
