Hi.   :hi:

Are you asking about coping skills you can learn?

If you are more specific we can better guide you.

In the meantime you can check out the tacked topics at the top of this board, specifically 'how to get the most out of this site' and 'lessons'.

Hi Daughter of a BP :hi:

I too am a daughter of a BP.  I joined this board about 4 months ago.  In that time I have learned a lot of coping mechanisms, and am still learning how to use them.  The resources and people on this board have been a huge support.

Every strategy helps.  The strategies help us to communicate differently with our BP person, so as to reduce conflict, but I think the strategies can also help us feel like we can get back some control in our lives.  Does that sound like it would be helpful to you?

Like Harri, I am wondering if you tell us a little of your story so we can get a sense of how we can best help?
