Title: Sibling relationships when mother has BPD
Post by: BabyYoda on January 18, 2020, 09:24:49 AM
Hello, I have a mother with BPD and am struggling with maintaining a relationship with my younger siblings. They all live with my mother and I am currently the "bad child" in her eyes and my other siblings are isolating from me because of the relationship difficulties that I am having with my mother. Does anyone have any strategies for connecting with siblings and not letting a BPD parent come between them? Some of the siblings are 18 plus and others are young teens and children. Thank You!

How are they isolating and what issues are you having with your mother? If I were to guess, they are taking sides, yes?
