Title: Suspected family member with bpd
Post by: 009 on September 07, 2020, 12:54:43 AM
New to the idea that family member probably has bpd, not diagnosed, not in therapy.  Just started reading "Walking on eggshells". Need to know I'm not crazy, not alone, and what to do to protect my and others health and sanity. What a unexplainable ride. Thank you for the opportunity to learn

Hi 0009,

Are you comfortable sharing more about your family member? I have Walking on Eggshells but for whatever reason never read it through in its entirety though I've read a number of other books on BPD.  Are you finding it helpful or enlightening?
