Title: Have a sister I think with BPD I can't stop being angry at
Post by: thejonahman on December 30, 2020, 10:56:36 AM
What are the best ways to get over this anger? I was constantly blamed by her growing up which lead to a number of triggers I'm still working on and have affected my romantic relationships.

Thank you for your help!

Hi thejonahman :hi:

Growing up with a BPD sibling can be very challenging indeed. I am sorry to hear that it has affected you so.

Do you currently have contact with your sister? How would you describe your current relationship with her?

Many of our members know what it is like to deal with the after-effects of dealing with a BPD family-member way into our adult lives.

You mention certain triggers you have which affect your romantic relationships. Could you tell us a bit more about this, what are the main triggers you find yourself struggling with?

Welcome to our online community
