Title: Found BPD ex on dating site Post by: Daniel 128 on February 27, 2021, 12:41:51 AM So, four days ago my BPD ex sent me an e-mail about receiving notifications from our old apartments when we were living together. I know she was fishing to try and get me to talk about us. We had been broken up for a few weeks. When I didn't bite and talk about getting back, she eventually sent an email later that day saying that she misses me and that this break up is not easy for her. Tonight I discovered that she is on a dating site. I wanted to email her and ask her if she was missing me while making a dating site profile, but I chose to leave it alone. She is not the type to cheat, that is one thing I never worried about in our relationship, but I'm not sure what she is wanting me to do...pursue her or move on.

I guess the question is not so much whether she wants to get back together, but if you do? You are posting on the bettering board so that is the assumption. Implicit in your text I hear a boundary: you would not want to get back with somebody who is on a dating site. Did I hear that right? |
