Title: Looking for community and support
Post by: Almondsy on May 19, 2022, 07:10:28 PM
Where do I start? Finding it very difficult to hang on to myself a d my self worth with my wife constantly flitting between hot and cold.

She hasn't been diagnosed as anything. Her rejection bites. She is mostly passively rejecting though.

I know there is a lot that I need to work on in terms of being codependant and affected by her emotions. Which mostly manifests as her being sad and sullen.

Hello Almondsy and welcome

Start from where you feel comfortable.

We are all here for support and learning, Have you looked at the tools page and on each board there is a lessons and skill sections.

It's very hard in relationships normally let alone with bpd in the mix.

Why do you feel like you are losing your self worth and your self?

Can you give some examples of her passive rejecting? and then can help with advice from there.

There is somewhere about co dependency on here.

Have you got a therapist to help you work through your own emotions and thoughts?
