We're somewhat looking into Project Transition (located in southeastern Pennsylvania).  I have heard that it was fantastic a few years ago and now it has changed (not for the better).  Does anyone know someone who has gone through the program (mainly recently) or has anyone heard anything about it?  Thanks!

Sounds interesting!  I am going to google...   I lost my son last year, but I am doing advocacy work, so new information and innovative approaches are helpful.

We have many volunteers here and we thank them all. It takes more than just volunteers time to run a site like this. It takes money. But not a lot, if we all chip in.
