Before you can make things better, you have to stop making them worse... Have you considered that being critical, judgmental, or invalidating toward the other parent, no matter what she or he just did will only make matters worse? Someone has to be do something. This means finding the motivation to stop making things worse, learning how to interrupt your own negative responses, body language, facial expressions, voice tone, and learning how to inhibit your urges to do things that you later realize are contributing to the tensions.

Tonight I have started looking for a houseshare for when I move out of the flat.

First step.

Going to sell/throw out/donate all our things.

And hope for a fresh start.

This is a good thing.  I think.  It will be so sad when I leave though... .  leaving my memories of my sweet girl behind.

Fresh start could be really good.

The title of your thread made me  Laugh out loud (click to insert in post).  I was imaging the movie What About Bob when he gets in the elevator and has his fish in a jar around his neck for his journey.

You can do this  Smiling (click to insert in post) Take what you need to take - even if it's a fish and leave the other toxic stuff behind.
