Hi all,

My dBPDexbf has been in my dreams for the past two nights. If it's not bad enough that he permeates my daytime thoughts, he now appears in my nighttime thoughts!

It's amazing what dreams reveal about your mind... . the first dream involved him turning up at my old house as I was clearing it out to move, he was texting his mom and asking her to pretend to be friends with me and then screw me over later. He was also angry that I hadn't contacted him (it's been NC for almost a month now) and made nasty comments about that. Last night I dreamed he couldn't pay his bills, was sad and vulnerable and I woke up worried.

I'll be so glad when I don't think about him anymore... .

This is the stuff that can get us "stuck".  I remember doing the same and talking to my "T" about it.  She reminded me that my 'ex' made it through life long before me and will do so long after me.

It seems so many of us have the "co-dependant" kick in; the parental side of us that for some reason worries they won't get by on their own. That is all part of the FOG.

Peace
