I have been following Byron Katie's method of self inquiry, which she calls 'The Work' for last few days.  Through her inquiry, one can introspect and find the real reason for suffering. It has been said that answers to all our questions and problem lie within self. We just don't know how to look inwards. I found this method very useful to transform the way of thinking and release the suffering. And that's what I wish for everybody here who is suffering. Please explore the world of unconditional love that lies within you.

She has many videos on youtube which are recordings of her sessions with various people. Google her for youtube videos

Hi pari, I love Byron Katie's "The Work."  I just recommended it to another bpdfamily person.  Do you know there are volunteers who will do a Judge Your Neighbor Worksheet or One Belief at a Time with you for FREE?  I've called in probably 5-6 times to get to work with someone.  It has been amazingly helpful.  So glad to hear you like it too!

Anything in particular that you want to share about your learnings/experience?  Would love to hear!

Cheers!

I love her quotes! I have her fb page as one of my likes so I see them often. They are sometimes quite thought provoking.
