Hi all,

As in lessons, there are some examples of No Communication.

I used:

- I am depressed and need to take care of myself.

- I have bad time and it is on me to come to terms.

- I am tired and need some rest

- I see I did a lots of damage to our relationship and need to understand and process them

What are or were your NC neutral responses?

Thanks

I have found it does not matter what you say or do; a pwBPD makes up their own reality to fit their current emotion of the moment.

If you decide NC is best, don't concern yourself with neutral responses as they are communication and how you view them is different from a disordered mind, just don't respond and show that an attachment is still in place.

Best to focus on you.

hey jox

i think those are good responses if youre in a position where you feel its necessary to give them. theyre strong boundary statements, and theyre focused on you as opposed to blaming the other person, plus theyre honest.

howd these responses work for you?

Hi all,

I ran out in the dark just 10 days ago. Maybe I should write an post on how it all happened.

I did a lots of steps well due to reading a book Woman who love too much, and going to a support group, this process took about 3 months, just yesterday I read the lesson on leaving, and it turns out I was doing all intuitively.

Except I didn't formally said it nor written it.

I am thinking I what to write in my good bye notice.

Also we are married, we are in Mexico, he is Mexican I am not. I am planning to leave Mexico in 3 months, but nevertless I think I should get divorced even if I never go back to Mexico.

Thanks
