Harri you are priceless, Harley you are changing for the better, you're becoming a Triump (motorcycle).

I am worth it. So I've just bought Emmental cheese and a tin of pop - two of the many forbidden foods my BPD said would be wasted on us (whilst she sat their eating it herself).

Crazy how hard it is to treat yourself to all the stuff your BPD said was "too expensive to waist on children", even though I now realise it was more about eroding our self esteem. I was 16 when I bought my first new piece of clothing (hand me downs up until then). She got me to wear my Dad's hand me down underwear. She boil washed them so the elastic went, making them available as very uncomfortable hand me downs. It  coincided with the first time I notice the opposite sex... .You've got to laugh (even though it wasn't a joke)... .

I'm here because my significant other (SO) has an undiagnosed BPD ex-wife (uBPDxw) and they share  two daughters.

Doing your best is all that can be asked of you, and I know how hard that is 

Keeping your children safe is huge!  You are giving your children so much, it's invaluable.

I've been there with my SO, I know how exhausting it all can get.  Try to fit in a little self-care today. 

If you have time and if you haven't already you might want to do a more extensive post on your home board.  Everyone here "gets it" and there is lots of support to be had here.  You are not alone in this
