Every morning I read your posts and my heart breaks for everything that you are all going through. I also learn from all of the heartfelt support given to those seeking help.

This morning a friend (who doesn't know about my troubles with my DD) sent me this clip. With everything I read, every clip I watch, I understand more about me, my family and the situation I am in with my DD. This helps me to change attitudes, behaviours and actions, which definitely has a knock-on effect on my DD.

I would like to share this clip with you and ask you to take some time to see if you are described here, if your loved one is described here.

I hope that if you can take the half an hour to watch the clip, it will give you some valuable insights and maybe even one or two "aha!" moments.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders
