Never be afraid to push. The answer is yes. I’m pulling myself in two different directions. Thank you for pointing that out. I have been for some time.
The right thing to do is look at it all from 40,000 feet and ask myself what I see. Ground level is improving.
What can I tell myself? That’s not my reality.
Does it make sense to connect healing your wounds from the past to unrealistic expectations of others who have proven they can't give you what you seek? What can you say to yourself that will help you change this? Do you think this even applies to you?
No, it doesn’t make sense. Just part of it all I guess. I don’t even know what to really expect of others. I try to keep it pretty generic. Expectations can paint a person into a corner.
