My wife walked out on our marriage and has been gone 3 months

What can i do my wife walk. Out on our marriage blaming me for pressing her buttons  i dident even realise it whatever i said or did was a area of conflict  she use threats names violence  she left lives on her own now 3 months gone she aint aint her illness seems to be worse by what im told hearing voices isolating herself  what hope do i have in getting her back
