I don't know how to start this topic...
I have a border in my family. I got used to listen from him verbal abuse, mainly when he is under emotional distress. I am accused of being guilty of lots of things very often, mainly bad things. And the worst thing of all: I've lost my identity. In this moment, let's say, during the last year, I can say I'm finding myself again. I have so much to say... but from the star, I'm gonna say that I am struggling with my lost of identity. I barely can talk with other peoples without they notice that is something wrong with me. My way of speaking. I've lost my auto confidence because everything was questioned by my familiar and I got used to believe in him.  Very tough. Building myself each day, slowly and not with any pain.

Hello and welcome. You have come to the right place for support. Can you tell me who it is in your life that has BPD? That way I can be sure you are on the best board to get help
