Hi everyone,  this is my first post. My daughter has BPD. She is 25. She lives at home with me and her dad. She has been doing DBT for about 1 1/2 years. I talk with a parent coach (via phone) a couple of times a month. This is very hard on my family.  I cry on a daily basis.  I need lots of advise and can’t wait for everyone’s input. I just thought I would introduce myself first.   

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders
