Hi! I'm new around here and would like any help on how to deal with situations where a person has blamed me and picked apart my character in front of a group of people. This person continues to do this in public settings. Their mood often changes very quickly too. I feel as though I have become the target and enemy.

Dad to my wolf pack

Public shaming and blaming is a tough one.  My ex kind of did it tonight to me in front of her family when I picked up my kids.

Is this in front of friends or coworkers?

My instinct would be to be sarcastic. "Huh. I thought October was anti- bullying month, yet here you are!"

What led you to believe BPD?
