Hi, there.  My 19 year old dd was recently diagnosed during a 3rd hospitalization.  Her therapist had me read Stop Walking on Eggshells and I felt sick to my stomach with all the connecting dots.  Anywho, hoping to learn alot.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

Hello and welcome to the fam.  Happy you found us, but of course sorry for the circumstances that led to you seeking us out. Please feel free to post and vent as much as you need to. This is a safe haven and tremendous resource to help you through your struggles.
