Is being sexual with BPD with arrested development a sort of mental child abuse?

Literature states BPD is arrested at a mental age of 3 years old. So a mental 3 year old in an adult body, should be considered a type of mental child abuse ?

Are they by being sexual, abused without being aware of it ?

My ex sometimes switced to the other persona, she then behaved like a 5yo girl... .what if she had switced during sex, what kind of mental pedofilia would it have been?
