Hi Guys
I had therapy last night and we discussed the fact i have stopped wearing my underpants on the outside and a cape.
no more playing superman and swooping in fixing everyone else s problems.
life is going to be more about me. i am going to be more selfish.
my niece is having a few issues so i contacted my brother and said i was there for him but that is all.
no swooping in and fixing it.
no more superman theme tune in my head.
had a really good therapy session i laughed and cried and i had my therapist laughing as well. the old sean pre borderline abuse is coming back.
i have to learn to be more selfish and care about me more.
my uBPDw acknowledged a reversal in our relationship. i used to trust her and she mistrust me.
those roles have now reversed.

she is realizing that i wont be around unless she makes efforts to get help and get fixed.
she has to do this by herself. my boundary is no effort then no me in her life.
since we have been having issues i have realised that i am a catch
