Title: just something interesting
Post by: gresmunkie on November 02, 2016, 11:33:00 AM
Hi all

I haven't really been active here in a while im a little over 6 months NC with ex now and life is somewhat normal for the most part

I went to the post office yesterday to pick up my mail and there was a letter addresses to ex from a local mental illness clinic/charity in my mailbox. Ex moved out dec 2015 and final discard was in April 2016.

Now I'm not reading anything into this at all to be honest. I didn't open the mail (for a few reasons) so im not sure exactly what it's all about. if anything I just thought it was something interesting I could share with everyone.

Hi gresmunkie,
Good for you getting your life back on track :)

What do you find interesting about it? Did you know had been in touch with a mental health clinic or charity?

Being reminded of your ex out of the blue like this ... .it's a good chance to check in with how detached you're feeling after 6 months NC. How are feeling after seeing that letter? Did you find it easy to get on with your day?
