I've tried over and over and I reverse the sending of notifications to my EMail.

I made them go there.  Why can't I stop it.

To manage email notifications about posts to threads you are in:

    1. Go to your Profile page.

2. Notifications and Email from the Modify Profile box.

3. Choose the appropriate boxes to check/uncheck to set notifications.

You can choose what sort of replies you wish to receive (or not receive any) from the drop down menu.

You can set notifications for individual threads by clicking on the NOTIFY tab located at the top of the thread box on the right.  This option can also be used to receive reply notifications on threads in which you have not posted.
